Whether she’s interviewing artists, in the pit trying not to lose her glasses, or singing along to (not-so) guilty pleasures, she’s always finding the thread between music and storytelling.

Miguel is a Los Angeles-based cinematographer and editor whose creative spark first lit when a teacher let him turn in a video instead of an essay. His love for music came just as early, thanks to his first cassette: The Chronic by Dr. Dre. Known for an artsy, documentary-style approach, Miggie gravitates toward nostalgic formats like Hi8 and blends them into modern storytelling. His go-to gear is a film camera, a reminder to stay intentional with each shot because film isn’t cheap..
